Here is what it boils down to. I know what I want. Is it the dog for everyone, nope. Is it going to live forever, not likely. Can it be killed the day after I drop serious coin on it. Sure.
I don't want this to sound rude, but here it is. I don't want to hear what I can't do. I have said what I want, and that I am willing to pay. Nowhere in my post did I imply that I am looking for a cheap dog. I said I don't want to pay 500 for a 100 dog. Likewise I don't want to drop 5k on a 1k dog. If the dog is worth the money, and the dog can back it up. I am game.I am not afraid to spend the money to do it right. I am no stranger to expensive livestock, and a well trained dog is no different than a well trained horse, and I have a pasture full of US and Canadian National Champions. I know what it costs to finish something out.
If you have a dog that you say is worth 3k, and it fits my bill. Give me a call, let me see it, and let's see if we can make a deal.
