 well they might have saved his dog. it was a thai restaurant, and the cook might have wanted to cook his dog.  Evil
 i agree with shotgun though, vet or not, AND if the dog was properly tagged, as a service dog, he could own that resturaunt and sue the city for discrimination, or for allowing discrimination.
