I wouldn't pass up the chance at a good cur x hound cross . some of the best I had were of that persuasion . actually Catahoula x walker and would out find and run the feet plum off them yaller dogs lol

I once tried some Randy wright dogs and 2 wouldn't get out from under our feet...he also had another FBMCBA W. Ben dog that looked pretty nice but wasn't what I call an above average dog...and he also had a redbone/FBMCA dog that money couldn't buy...he said it was the best cow/hog dog he had ever hunted behind...
