Very good lookin pup Mr. Reuben !

I hope she works out for you

Good job on the stackin pictures too .. I know that's hard to do with how much pups like to move around.

I put my thumb on top of the nose to control the head in the right position and my fingers to pull up the pups chin so as to get the pup up on its toes some and they pose a little better this way...once they learn they tend to hold it long enough for a pic or two...but the secret to getting them to pose willingly is really easy....learned it from a dog groomer that knew how to settle a dog that was getting a haircut for the first time...my wife owned a Scotty and he was getting his haircut and he wouldn't stand still...without any emotion and without stopping her conversation with us she grabbed that dog by the rear legs and swung him in a circle of sorts and set him back up...acted up again and repeated the step...set him back up and he was about trained but acted up a little...the third swing and that pup was stacked out like a statue or show dog and he was the perfect dog to get that perfect haircut...  angel I have since tried that trick on the hard headed pups and it works every time...this little girl got the same training exercise just a minute before the pics...works every time and no harm done...they don't cower and it does not hurt the relationship between me and the pup...  Smiley but it used to do so somewhat before I learned that trick...especially on the strong willed ones...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
