Heck no. Sell the puppy as is. You could get a clean bill of health from your vet if the guy wants to make sure the dog is healthy that bad. There are some twisted people in this world, and I wouldn't be surprised if the guy your selling to brought you a "sick" dog the first time he ran in to money problems.
