We had one of our two get cut down first part of this year so I decided to add a 3rd one to the group.  Went through 4 before I found one that was worth keeping.  You can forget the pounds in N FL cause they want to come see your place and have a two page or more questionnaire to complete before they will let you get one.  Good luck.
