Not sure what your having problems with.  What type of system are you operating? 

If you go to new post or reply, you will see a list of icons above the text box.  Click on the icon that has a picture with a yellow border around it, and you will get  .  From there you put your image location in between the ] [.  Most people use photobucket or something like that as a host, or you can download the app for this site and upload straight from your phone.
