Like mentioned, be sure waters are clean, and houses are adequate. Also, it'd be a good idea to take a quick video of your dogs and their areas and keep that on you. I swear, I've known of folks like that knocking waters over on purpose etc to make it look like the dogs didn't have water. A yard video is always a good thing to have on hand as visual evidence that your dogs conditions are right. Throw up a couple private property/no trespassing signs while you're at it just because.
