Ive used these techniques for years its been 100% effective. Paper towels soaked in ammonia. Throw all over in the attic from the ladder access. Use plenty. Its cheep at any store. Quickly close attic door. Spend next few days locating point of entery. After 3 days you should be pest free.fix all possible points of entry. I have charged as much 1500.00 for a house your size and leave a one yr guarantee. Never had a call back....good luck. Btw I always just left paper towels in attic. After 3 days the ammonia evaporates....good luck
