Anyone who makes a living off sellin firewood has my respect because it is hard work. We heat with nothing but wood up here in Wa. and I put up 4 or 5 cord every year. I usually have mine far enuf ahead to be burning stuff 18 mo old. I just got a splitter this year and Lordy it has made my life easier. It's an old home made one but it gets the job done so much easier.
