I love walk hunting. Good work out for sure. Like was said before you miss a lot driving around on bikes.... We've put down 12 miles on foot before. That was rough. But most times it's about a 3 mile average and I can deal with that. It feels like it lets the dogs know you're still with em... No matter how far they get out hunting or chasing they seem to always know where we are and I like that too. We don't carry out any hogs unless they're trophies cause they all die up here. Just what the landowners want though so to keep hunting we have to kill.
