I agree, if they can't afford to take care of their animals, they don't need them. But do we know the full story or only what the communist news networks report?

Charles I saw the local papers photos of the dogs and they appeared to be walking bags of bones. An the investigation had been going on for awhile from what  I understand. My buddy no longer works at the S.O. over there otherwise I would call and ask. Maybe somebody from LAVACA county that posts on here can give more information.
