we have got caught in the rain...hard rain is not good because can not hear the dogs and dogs can't trail very well...light rain all day is a good day...

as a little boy I ran dogs almost every day and I knew where to hunt for different game especially after a big rain...all animals look for high ground...and animals that go to a hole in the ground are sitting on top because the holes are full of water...usually was a great day for me and my dogs...
