That and barb wire is all I can think of. But most times she doesn't have another scratch on her. Its always just the tips of both ears. And its always both of em. I have even told people when  we cut loose. "Watch , next time we see that dog both ears will be bleeding " lol..and sure nuff they will be. Beats all I ever saw Huh?Huh?
