that is good steel and not hard to sharpen like some of the other stainless around. it was created for razor blades .im usin some in AEBL which is the same
14c28n and i realy like it works great for kitchen knives.you can get the blade geometry down to almost zero edge. lansky makes a good set of sharpeners that ya cant mess up with;
