I use pour on in the summer because it helps with ticks..lice etc,but go with an injectable in the cold weather...Ivermectin injectable is good but if you wanna hit liver fluke as well you will need the ivermectin plus. Get a bottle of basic 6 way or 7 way that will cover them for lepto,respitory problems etc and in the late spring/summer you can use the 7 way that also includes pinkeye prevention. The most important thing for cattle of any age or size is mineral....keep a bag of mineral accessable to them always...mineral deficiency is the biggest culprit for cattle going backwards.
