Hog dogs bumping deer

A GOOD shock collar broke my coon dog off deer. But he was open mouthed and i could tell by his bark when he was running a deer. He was bawl mouth on track and chop mouthed on the tree. But when he ran a deer he would chop bark like he was treed but he was getting out of town on the garmin. Thats when i would set his world on fire with the touch of a button..lol..i also had some old time hunters tell me that a goat smells like a deer to a dog. If you knew someone with goats put a shock collar on him and when he messes with a goat burn him up with the collar. I also had another old timer tell me something that involved a deer skin or hoofs , a good hill , and a 55 gallon drum. You can put the rest of that story together. Said it works like a charm but i never gave it a try.. hope some of this helps...
