the top three reasons I hunt at night are
1) .....deer season
2) .....work during the day
3) .......heat in the summertime
......now when the skies open up and the stars align we make daytime runs, just seems like the majority of the time one or more of the above get in the way of daytime hunts...... I don't think it gets any better than a feb-march morning hunt starting out in the mid 40's with light winds and warming to mid 50's as the day goes on.......just seems like we don't get near enough of days like those
