100% agreed, but his friends intervened by taking him to the hospital.
now for him possibly facing charges bc he doesn't have a permit. does that mean anyone who has them snakes in their ponds and stock tanks has to have a permit? just another money scam by the state to steal money from the citizens. he i think he has been punished enough, to bad he was taken to the hospital for treatment.  Evil
