They didn't miss the chance to say that hog hunters and trappers have cause the spread of the wild boars accross the US, by introducing them to new area for hunting purposes. I remember years ago (1980's) that they were releasing or breeding Russian boars at a hunting Plantation outside of Estill, South Carolina not far off the Savannah river. Can't remember the name of the place though. Hunted in that area for several years. First time I ever saw a Russian boar in the wild thought it was a black bear for the first 10 minutes. Finally came into a clearing and figured out what it was. Puckered me up though, see this huge black thing thrashing in a thicket not far from my stand.
