David I just built some. My old set on skids rusted out after a few years. What I did this time was pour a slab with weld plates. You could just anchor some plates into your existing slab. I built panels out of 4"x4" panel and sucker rod. Left two inch legs on the bottom to spray under. I'm hoping the solid rod will last me much longer that the square tubing. Was cheaper too. I did run square tubing across the tops to screw the roof into.
Poured a curb in the back and left enough room to run a flathead shovel between the curb and kennel.
