This is the best dog I've ever owned. She's 3/4 cat 1/4 plott. She had a name change after chasing her one evening for several hours with my Benelli shotgun. Thank the good Lord I didn't have a bigger gun closer! My father n law gave her to me at 6 weeks old n she found her first hog at 8 months old n never looked back. She's silent n ranges around 800 just casting. Loose baying dog n only needs a cd for help. She produces hogs in 10' or 100' weather n will go sniff one out where others have missed.
The best dog I've ever hunted with is Queenie. She resides in hamburg arkansas n is a true producer. She will cast n make about 500 yd circles. Dead silent n when she opens there is no doubt what's on the other side. In this pic she is 11 years old n still getting it. Last I heard she was getting down but truly a great hog dog. Supposedly the only time she got cut was with me n it was just a nick.
