I never liked mule tape til last year I hunted with a guy from lousaiana. He handed me
A piece of mule tape and said here tie. He had 2 pieces tied. Each piece formed a loop about 18 inches across and you can hang 2 around your neck while walking to a bay. You use one loop to tie two legs togethor like some home made hobbles. Just make a slip loop and stick a leg in it and make another slip loop and stick the opposite leg in it. It's hard to explain in writing but it's easy to do by your self
