much of what they are standing for is a BLM land grab, they are pressuring ranchers with mineral rich land to sell and then they are selling the mineral leases to foreign corporations. when the ranchers dont want to sell they harass them until they go broke or give up, etc. There are many ranchers in this struggle not just the bundys, hammons, and Lavoy finicum.
To fight back ranchers are attempting to use the constitution, which says the federal government cannot own more than 10% of the land in our republic, they currently own around 25%.
Im surprised some of you Texans arent more informed about this, there is a huge BLM land grab on the Red river, anyone heard about it?
