I watched the video from the airplane on the shooting and it appears to me that Lavoy wanted to go around the roadblock and the snow sucked him in and stalled him. He then got out and tried to run for the woods but there was an LEO stationed in the woods and the Lavoy turned and put his hands up. The video was from pretty far out so I couldn't see if he reached for his pocket like the LEO's say but it appears to me that he was shot in the back from the LEO in the woods. I wish I knew which danged sources that were believable, I would like to trust law enforcement but they have an agenda. I would like believe the protesters but they have an agenda also. I would like to believe in a balanced media but the days of Edward R. Murrow and Walter Cronkite are gone.
