they had set out spike strips, it looks to me like he was approaching the rd block at a high speed on a blind corner, hit the spike strip and lost the ability to stop quickly, swerved to avoid the vehicles, hit the snow bank, came out of the vehicle with his hands up, got shot in the side, grabbed his wound and they unloaded on him, witnesses say over a hundred rounds were fired. looks like drone footage
