Craigslist used to have a ton of free pits that people were giving up on. I have a couple buddy's that get pits from the pound for catch dogs, I know folks on here don't like hearing it but he swears by the blue ones, says they've made the best catch dogs he's ever had. Another buddy of mine says when he needs a CD he drives around the barrio and when he sees a nice pit with no collar he calls it over and loads it up. Lol! Now I don't know if that right or not but he usually finds one in a day or two
