There's no hunting in El paso I was at Fort bliss for 4 years there ducks on the Rio grand but duck seasons out you can head up to Lincoln national forest and do some shed hunting they got some nice big elk up there and some mule deer  but that's about it cloud croft has some nice spots for sheds
