yess !!! if he wasn't cleared why did they wait until now to arrest him ? he wasn't in hiding , he was at home taking care of his cattle . why did they wait several years to indite the hammonds on the backfires they set to save their home and pasture ? why did they let them out of prison and then drag them back in after an extended period ? why is it that the american public is not enraged about the whole ordeal ? is it because they are scared of the givernment ? is it because they are brainwashed to beleive that hard working conservative patriotic rural whites are bad people
