Different Buck. We called this dog Yella, and he was used just like you mentioned- he now belongs to a man in south Texas and is used as a stop dog for him. Great temperament, and pretty much straight catch.


The Buck we are referring to is a strike dog that gets out a little ways. I try hard not to hunt him on a weeknight He's not a superdog, but hes pretty solid. My wife claims he's in her second string / B team.
