3-4 is fine aswell as long as there grabbing somthing on site of hog and all pile on. If not, bay gunna break everytime. 2at my max and I mean mine are super loose baying dogs. Even looser when it's just one of them. Hardly no pressure on the hog. Have had hogs of all sizes set up better that way. I can't stand a bay buster! That's why I got rid of a jagd I had <--- bay Bustin sob! Took me awhile to figure out which was doing it, just hunted one at a time, and added a dog in at a time. Damn worthless jagd was in there trying to cath.
