Can't tell you what your personal solution is, but a friend told me once that hog can jog all day, but they can't sprint very long at all. I have found it to be very true, and very helpful.
You need to find a way to see if your dogs are allowing these hogs to jog.some dogs can't track fast enough to catch up to a jogging hog and he will jog all day in front of them. Other dogs don't have stock sence to cut ahead of a walking hog and make work him, they will often run with the hog and bawl or even just pester them into keeping the race going.
