That's how I do it also. I can run four dogs together and they are going to catch anything that they can butt if it's too big and to rank they will all back off and bay tight and try to keep the hog in place until the catch dog gets there and do a damn good job of it. Or I can add one of two different dogs into that same pack of 4 and they are going to TRex's any boar hog in the woods don't make a damn if he is a Sherman Tank. Pull that one dog back out and they are very ruff catch what they can if not back off some and try and hold it.
