I agree 100% with your original postregarding a pack of dogs that are familiar with each other working well together. Its no different than any other team. If the team members have all done it together 100x's before thaley are all used to one another and know their respective jobs, throw a stranger in the bunch and there will be hickups. My dogs are rough and thats how i like em, they work well for me and i hunt them a particular way every time because of it. 2 out, thats it, any more on the ground and im just beggin for a trainwreck but with just 2 on the ground they work well for me.
And i also agree with whoever it was that said if a hog wants to run he is gonna run, thats just a fact of life. the only way i can think to stop that would be to run a pack of straight bulldogs and have deep pockets for the vet bills
