It could be parvo and if so it is likely that other pups could get it but, there is no guarantee they will get it. I had two pups penned together last year. Both up to date on shots. One got parvo and died, the other was fine.
Could be coccidiosis but coccidiosis doesn't usually kill them in a few days. If coccidiosis you would see them slowly stop eating and get really thin.
