I think I have it in my mind what might work. I saw this jeep in the parking lot and it gave me an inspiration, so bare with me while I try and explain,




 . I like the door hinge mounts , do u think I could use this concept like our ranger
Then weld a barr on the bumper to use those rubber mounts. Keeps it secure and quite.
