For whatever it's worth I've had mine for over 2 years and I just now broke it ( that's saying a lot ) I wear it around my neck every hunt and it's been slamed to the ground several times / submerged in water.. all the fun stuff that goes along with getting tangled up in thorns too
I sent mine in after talking to their tech support for a good while .. they walked me through all the settings and really tried hard at getting it fixed for me over the phone.
Ended up sending it in and they are replacing it for under 150 dollars .. with another one
I thought that was a good deal concedering most companies would just tell me "ohh well " if they even answer a phone call
Sure beats having to go buy a new one
