Part of the decline had to do with the laws that were created to stop pit fighting...used to be able to pick up a good one most any time back in the 1980s and 1990s...since then there has been a steady decline...I had two that were awesome looking dogs that would not catch...the one I have now l am about sure that it will make a good one...I said that one day catch dogs will be in demand  because of the lack of good catch dogs to be found...
