Another thing that has really hurt them is the prices people ask now a days, when money gets involved with anything quality starts to go down, just look at other dog breeds, when men who are in it for the dogs and not to make a quick buck make a cross they give them away to select individuals or sell the rest for reasonable prices, I see on facebook everyday people asking anywhere from 500-1000$ for a PUP just because of its "breeding" when the seller themselves don't truly know what the dogs are worth, nor have they actually seen how game the said bloodlines are in its true form, they're just going off what someone said they should charge for them or they see what somebody else is getting, and when a buyer pays that kind of money for a dog that doesn't pan out its hard for anybody to cull a dog they spent that much money on but instead breed it because "it has good bloodlines" to try to make their money back, thus the cycle repeats itself...
