I've had breeders that use glyco flex joint supplement and for some reason it seems to help fertility.  Then, went to revivalhealth.com and used their oxymate supplement, and it really helped. But, take him to a vet, have him pulled and let them look at his specimen under a microscope and they can tell u if he has enough swimmers to do the trick.
