Myles man, I know this is an old post but just wanted to let you know encase you ever had the same situation. When a hog goes down in their rear end it's due to a certain type of worm(sorry can't remember the name/type of worm), pull up 3cc of ivermec and give him a shot (pretty much anywhere in the body, the old man that showed me gave it to them in the Joel) and within a day are two they'll be good as new. But wait 120 days after you give it to them, before you butcher it if that's your plan.
