Kurt kainer in Weimar and Dr.Sladic (probably spelled wrong) at halletsville animal hospital are only 2 guys I use. Kurt is a great guy, awesome vet and is real lenient on payment but he's the guy that I call for something minor and his first question is "do you want to bring him in" lol. But he's left me less in the mail box on sundays and never charged me. Also offered to come home from the NFR when we got a bulldog cut to all hell. Good guy, knows us hunters really care for our dogs. Sladic in halletsville with no prior knowing of me showed up on a Sunday for emergency surgery on my dog. Did all he could sadly pancho didn't make it but the man was a hell of a guy through it all. And he was around when I was in a bind and Kurt wasn't.
