Good story and fish! Here's another insider tip you can take to the bank.... Go cut you a good, knarlly couple of oak branches down, dry them out and tie them together to make your own brush pile. The important thing is that some of the branches are thick enough to make a big bass feel like he blends in... Find the deepest spot in that lake and sink her to the bottom with a couple cement block(I prefer to do it at night so nobody else hammers your spot, and don't mark it either!). Usually takes about a mnth before they really start firing off, but a 1oz. willow leaf spinner, 20# line, and stout flipping stick bounced slowly over that brush pile.... guarantee you'll catch the biggest bass in that lake
