Like I said, a dog that will not wind, find, stop, and then attempt to anchor stock is just a dog to us, and not a "cur dog". To me, a cur dog is a stock dog, cattle and hogs, and should be able to perform all of those tasks.      Also, I do not go to the woods or pasture to walk dogs on a lead. A dog without a handle is a cull, period!   This is just our opinion though
