T-dog, They were both open cold trailing and really gave a lot of mouth when jumped. That being said I did not raise Blackie but got her when she was about a year old. all my Plotts if you do not start on them early, you will have a bunch of barking fools. people are amazed at how quiet my dogs are when they come over and ask how I keep them quiet. simple answer is I just do not put up with it.
Austesus, Not really. What I strive for is nose and drive and of course speed and more important is dogs that can get it done by there selves.
