Semmes, I agree with the dogs lol!
Cajun I have seen that very thing as well. I’ve seen the wild runners too but for sure, the smart, educated ones figure it out. We had a could breeze today. I think they were just tucked away so tight that we didn’t have a prayer unless the dogs were in exactly the right spot at the right time to catch a whiff.
BA-IV, that second day is my thought process too. As for the barr patterns, I haven’t noticed a particular pattern. Most of them seem to be with sounders when we catch them around here..
