I don’t believe it passed, but honestly I haven’t heard anything about it in years, I know several of the ranchers over here in ETX went to Austin and fought it

They may have allowed liscenced professionals to buy and use it(not 100% sure I may be way wrong) The big issue is it’s not supposed to affect non targeted animals “with limited access to the poison” so if you gotta go outta town a couple days and your cattle gets into it and eats it all there’s not enough proof that they aren’t all gonna die
