A little update, when I built the dog box for my truck 7 years ago I just used some barrel bolts. Well they wore out and weren’t working so well anymore, so I ordered two more of the spring pin latches. I had to cut and grind the old ones off and make some brackets to mount the new latch pins on. Took the dogs out this morning and the doors stayed closed the whole way and back.

Stop laughing at my welding, I’ve got feelings you know.

Also t dog, I put wood filler and fiberglass resin on the plywood top for the buggy cage. Pics to follow.
