When it comes to dogs I am very observant…I do the same with the contractors that work for us, I do the same with my coworkers, I’ve been doing it for many years…some get promoted at a young age because they earned it…these guys tend to gravitate towards high responsibility jobs or the critical jobs…sometimes you see these youngsters helping the lead guys making theirselves visible and taking on big assignments…it’s very interesting watching these guys operate…
The majority only think about their paycheck and not even caring if they provide the services they hired on to do…these characters just don’t get it…when layoffs come they’re the first to go as it should be…
