I’ve had that experience before with the charge as well. I haven’t in a while though. I also had the issue of sometimes a particular collar didn’t want to charge on certain charger. Now I keep a little wire brush at my charging station and I brush the contact points of the charger and the collar. It seems to have made the difference with that issue.
